Juicy fruity with nectarine and elderflower aromas, on the palate citrus and apricot duke it out for supremacy. This is another example of why South Africa is such great value for money - there’s a lot going on and it all resolves with a slight saline tang thanks to the coastal influence on the vineyards. Great with fish pie.
