Mostly Macabeo this white wine from Jumilla is a little gem. Aromas of spring tree blossom white fruits and wild herbs. On the tongue this is lively and tasty with plenty of citrus which provides a perfect expression and persistence. Try with hake and prawns in a creamy sauce and confit potatoes.
