This harmonious blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin and Semillon is a real find. While Sauvignon dominates there is a generous ripe fruit note from the chenin adding complexity and interest. The wine has been made with minimal intervention relying on the quality of the fruit to express itself, which it does beautifully. A perfect match to tuna or red snapper.
