Aussie invention and Spanish experience come together in this exciting project to reinvent Shiraz. Naturally this is packed with bold dark berry fruit and a touch of spice but there is a wildness and freshness that enlivens this. Borsao wines are always good but can seem a bit safe this feels a bit more risky and we like that a lot!
