Separate vinification of each grape variety and then assembled in order to preserve the expression of the terroirs. Cold maceration in thermo-regulated stainless-steel tanks gently extract the compounds from the grape skins. Ageing in French oak barrels for 6 to 12 months brings structure and complexity. Silky, fresh and mineral with ripe red fruit aromas complemented by a touch of vanilla. Well balanced with elegant tannins and a long finish.
